The collaborator is ideal for large groups providing dynamic calendar and scheduling information to the website members and event plans and calendars for the guest visitors. Persons familiar with the MS Exchange product are aware of how a group communication system works in it's most basic form.

The Collaborator service provides;

• Email with archival threaded search capabilities - This enables any member of the group to access dialog that any member has with your common client base.
• Mail List - This enables the ability to broadcast internal information to the group by emailing one address for all.
• Shared contacts- Not just email addresses but collated information about each of your common clients. This can be used for noting personal information about each of your clients. This changes the nature of first contact for new members contacting existing clients and gives the client a feeling of more comprehensive personal service.
• Sarbannes Oaxley compliance is automatic.
• Shared Customer histories- All communication with customers is tracked and logged for future reference.
• Internal Memo system - This provides inter- office annotation of communications to allow special tagging or instruction.
• Internal Chat- this provides scalable instant communication with individuals or the whole group. Using standards based systems we provide text, text to phone, Talker to phone for plain old telephone, Voice, and live video chat for your group.
• External Chat- This allows for internet accessed text voice and video customer service.
• Project planning- This allows for complete project management.
• Project tracking- Gant and report generation via a web page and/or Gant chart generation in standard gnt format.

  • External Weblog- This is a RSS feed generator enabling the public news sites and external subscribers to obtain updates and announcements from the group.
